Holiday Party for 500 Children

Every week, we open Rukundo's campus to host our Amaani G’abato Kids Sunday Program, welcoming all primary school-aged children in the community. This special time allows kids—many of whom carry heavy responsibilities beyond their years—to simply enjoy being children.The program provides mentorship, lessons on morals, health, hygiene, and life skills, as well as opportunities to play games, sing, and dance. Each session concludes with a hot meal.

We would like to provide a special holiday meal for these kids, a rare treat for many of these children, who often only have meat or soda during Easter and Christmas. This celebration offers them another joyful moment to experience the warmth of love and community. The cost to make this possible? Just $1.50 per child and we expect 500 children to attend.
