Wine Selections: 

Maru, meaning “Do As You Dream”, originates from the land’s first inhabitants, the Pomo Indians. This wine captures the essence of the true Sonoma Coast with its complex aromatics, weightless elegance and lingering finish.  The purity and precision of this Pinot Noir is revealed at first by the fresh red rose petal aroma with subtle hints of minerality, morning garden and unripe strawberries. Flavors of summer cherries, rhubarb and pomegranate are framed by impeccable acidity that translates vibrant energy and serious focus.

Reverb is a Napa Valley Red Wine made in a right bank Bordeaux style. It is a blend consisting of 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and its creation was inspired over a bottle of 1996 Château Cheval Blanc. Each varietal was aged separately for 12 months and then blended and aged an additional 12 months in 30% new French oak. Tasting Note: Rich garnet color with light fruit bouquet. Well‐balanced with appealing acidity, ripe black cherry fruit with hints of blackberry and black plum, and soft tannins. Cinnamon and clove on a lingering finish.

Illume Chardonnay - Tasting notes: Bright gold in color with ripe tropical fruit scents dominating the nose, Illume fleshes out beautifully on the mid‐palate with layers of fruit balanced with crisp acidity and minerality. Pears, flowers and subtle hints of earthiness come to life on the finish. Varietal: 100% Chardonnay. Alcohol level 14.2%.
